Product, infrastructure & services:
✓ 60-minute-long kick-off meeting to discuss all the needed steps.
✓ Training courses on demand for the learners, managers, and the reporting experience.
✓ Done-for-you setup and administration of the academy.
✓ English-speaking support is available to project managers via e-mail.
✓ Automated management of certificates, enrolments, due dates, reminders, expiry dates and warnings.
✓ Native mobile app for iOS and Android.
✓ Bi-weekly reports sent via email and 24/7 access to real-time data.
✓ Access to four courses with some business tips & tricks for all users.
✓ Optional available add-ons on demand.
✓ Secure data protection and cloud hosting in Europe.
Payment & terms:
✓ GDPR-compliant data processor agreement and general terms and conditions.
✓ Minimum contract and renewal duration of 12 months.
✓ Payment by credit card or purchase on account* (*with 14 days payment term).
Pricing:
✓ Price scale for certain user quantities.
✓ Purchases for longer than 1 year include a price guarantee until the agreed initial term of the contract.
✓ Extensions are always billed at the time of triggering at daily updated prices.
Bonuses:
✓ Loyalty bonus of 10% after 2 years onwards.

*companies with up to 299 users get an individual course of the quality class 3 worth €500. Companies with 300 to 999 get one of quality class 2 worth €2,500. Companies with 1,000+ users get one of quality class 1 worth €4,500. Please ask your consultant for further details regarding the quality classes 1 to 3.

✓ Content upgrade for Professional from 25 courses to unlimited access to the library of 50+ courses.
✓ Group & program package of 5 additional ones per year on demand.
✓ Event import upgrade for Advanced from 5 per quarter to 5 per month.
✓ Migration after terminating the contract (including learner histories and all tailor-made courses) to an own LMS provided by the New Learning Agency or elsewhere.
✓ Creation of tailor-made courses on demand with the quality classes 1 to 3.
